Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

If you’re looking for an impressive, heartfelt gift to give to your significant other (or for yourself in my case) then look no further! Good chocolate truffles come with a hefty price tag if you plan on buying them from the store, but when made at home, they cost a fraction of the price! Plus they are so easy to make and only contain a few simple ingredients, and even better, heavy cream isn’t one of them! Cream is swapped out for tart raspberry preserves to give you a ton of flavor, without a ton of calories, and you won’t even notice a compromise in texture either!

Spinach & Artichoke-Jalapeno Popper-Garlic Cheese Bread

The Superbowl is just around the corner; sadly, my Cardinals won’t be playing in it. Ok who am I kidding, we all know I wouldn’t be watching it even if they were. I just participate in the Superbowl shenanigans strictly for the greasy food consumption, and because of this bread. Just imagine, warm spinach and artichoke dip, spicy jalapeno poppers, AND cheesy garlic bread all attended a swingers party and created this baby right here.

The BEST Red Velvet Cake

Today marks a very special day, which is why I made a cake! Peach, Basil, & Brie Panini

I don’t normally have a fancy Panini for lunch with expensive brie cheese, fresh basil, and peaches imported from Utah; But I walked past a wheel of brie cheese that was on clearance, which was a perfectly great excuse to buy it, and I just so happened to have a 20 lb. box of peaches imported from Utah waiting for me at home.
